Cry no more is dedicated to promoting and addressing mental health issues, through counselling, peer support, community awareness, as well as medical referrals hence restoring emotional and psychological wellbeing, reduce stigma and social exclusion, as well as breaking cycles of poverty and vulnerability.

We educate the communities about depression, and sensitize them about stigma.
Counselling
.We provide individual and group counselling and crisis support for people in crisis.
Advocacy
We advocate for fair treatment and access to care.
Prevention program
We offer Suicide-prevention programs, Stress-management workshops, as well as parenting and family-support programs.
Research
We track community needs, and collect information about mental health in communities
Rehabilitation and referral
We offer life skills, support for mothers who are returning to school, family visits and file for professional medical advice
